However, it is vital to start the extension process before your e-visa expires.

If you want to cancel your e-visa application form, please contact us for additional details. All refund requests have to be sent to us within 4 hours from the date/time of order success. After that time, your visa services order to Uganda is non-refundable. We will cancel your visa application and refund the service charge, but the government fee will not be returned because it is paid directly to the government. If your visa is denied, the government charge is also non-refundable.
A COVID-19 vaccine certificate isn’t mandatory for Uganda entry, but unvaccinated travelers need a negative test. Yellow fever vaccination and travel insurance are required.
