Can I cancel my e-visa application and get a refund?

If you want to cancel your e-visa application form, please contact us for additional details. All refund requests have to be sent to us within 4 hours from the date/time of order success. After that time, your visa services order to Uganda Immigration Services is non-refundable. We will cancel your visa application and refund the service fee, but the government fee will not be returned because it is paid directly to the government. The government fee is also non-refundable regardless of the result. 

Take into account that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or the Bank account, the bank fees will be debited from the refund amount.
