Do Congolese citizens need visas to enter Uganda?

The Congo Republic does not fall under Uganda's list of visa-free countries. As a result, Congolese visitors must go through a visa application process to gain entry into Uganda. The Ugandan Government has implemented a digital program for obtaining e-visas online. The e-visa is an electronic document issued by the official Ugandan authority, granting legal entry to Uganda.
