The visa application mandates the payment of both Government and Service fees. It's important to note that the Government fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the application outcome. The processing duration for a Uganda e-Visa depends on factors like visa type and application volume during working hours. The Rush Visa service accelerates the application process compared to conventional methods. The standard processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days, but applicants have various options:

- Standard processing: Basic processing time in three business days for $69. 

- Urgent processing: Ensures a maximum 48-hour processing time for a fee of $79.

- Super-Urgent processing: Delivers results in approximately 24 business hours for a fee of $99.
