What documents are required for the Uganda e-visa?
It is important that travelers complete all the necessary requirements in order to have a smooth application process. Please find the necessary information below:
- A valid Finnish passport: Finnish applicants must have a valid passport with a minimum validity of 06 months from the date of entry into Uganda. The passport should have at least one blank page for visa endorsement.
- A Recent passport-sized Photograph: Finnish travelers are required to provide a recent, passport-sized photograph. The photograph should be taken against a plain white background.
- Travel plan: Finnish applicants should provide their travel plan, including details of their planned entry and exit dates, as well as flight reservations.
- Proof of Accommodation: Finnish citizens need to provide proof of accommodation arrangements for their stay in Uganda. This can include hotel bookings, guesthouse reservations, or any other valid document confirming their place of stay.
- e-Visa Application Form: Complete the form accurately and thoroughly. All required fields must be filled out with correct and up-to-date information.
- Proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination: In order to enter Uganda, applicants must be vaccinated against Yellow Fever.
Once all the necessary requirements are met, the e-visa application will be processed. The processing time typically ranges within 03 business days.
