Burkinabe travelers must apply for an electronic visa (e-visa) before entering Uganda. The application form is conducted completely online on the Uganda Immigration Services website. The following documents are required before applying for a visa:
- A valid passport: Require a minimum of 6 months validity from the entry date in the country. A blank passport page is also necessary for visa stamping purposes.
- A scan of the passport's biographical page.
- A digital passport-size photo.
- Proof of Yellow Fever certificate: This document is REQUIRED before traveling.
- A valid email address for visa notifications and updates.
- A valid credit or debit card for Uganda e-visa payment.
- Applicants may need to verify their accommodation in Uganda.
