What do I need to get a Uganda e-Visa?
Guernsey citizens planning to travel to Uganda must obtain an e-visa before their trip. However, visitors do not need a visa if their stay in Uganda is less than 90 days. To apply for an e-visa, an applicant must have the following documents:
- A valid Guernsey passport with a minimum validity of 6 months
- At least 2 blank pages for visa stamping purposes.
- A copy of biographical information in the passport.
- A digital passport-size photograph of the applicant.
- Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination (REQUIRED)
- A credit or debit card for online payment.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for your trip abroad.
Keep in mind that the e-Visa application process can take several weeks. Therefore, it is advisable to apply in advance if you have planned travel dates. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to contact Uganda Immigration Services for assistance.
