How long can Cameroon visitors remain in Uganda with an e-visa?
Cameroon travelers can stay in Uganda for varying durations depending on the type of e-visa they choose. However, do pay attention that each e-visa type will also carry specific conditions:
- Transit E-Visa: Allows for a short stay of up to 7 days for connecting flights or travel purposes. The transit e-visa cannot be extended, and tourism activities are allowed during this period.
- Tourist E-Visa: Permits a stay of up to 90 days for tourism, leisure, or visiting family and friends. The tourist e-visa permits single entry only.
- East Africa E-Visa: Provides multiple entries to Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda for up to 90 days, facilitating multi-country travel within the East African region.
The e-visas generally do not allow visitors to engage in any employment activities. For work permits, visitors must contact the nearest Ugandan Embassy for more information. For tourism travel, apply for an Uganda e-visa right away!
