How do Romanian citizens apply for a Uganda visa online?

The process to get a Uganda e-visa is easier for Romanian citizens because of the convenience of the e-visa system. Previously, Romanian travelers had to go to the Uganda Embassies or Consulates to request a visa. This traditional process can take longer and is time-consuming.

The Uganda government replaced the traditional method with the e-visa system in 2016 for tourism purposes. The process to obtain a Uganda e-visa is simplified into 3 steps:

• Select “Apply Visa” and provide information such as full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number.

• Ensure to double-check all the information, then select the payment method using a credit or debit card.

• Complete the application by submitting the Uganda e-visa fee. Applicants will then receive a confirmation email. After that, you need to provide some additional information in order to be qualified for the e-visa requirements.
