How long is the Uganda tourist visa valid for Iceland citizens?

The Uganda travel document is exclusively provided for short-term visits and tourism purposes. The e-visa is valid for 90 days, catering specifically to citizens of Iceland upon their arrival in Uganda.

For those planning a tourist adventure in Uganda, Uganda Immigration Services offers three different types of e-visas:

  • Tourist e-Visa: This visa suits tourists visiting Uganda for up to 90 days. 
  • East Africa e-Visa: Enjoy the convenience of multiple entries into Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya for 90 days. Please remember that this visa is not extendable and is for tourism purposes only.
  • Transit visa: This visa allows visitors to stay in Uganda for a maximum of seven days before continuing to their next destination.
