How do I apply for a visa online?

The process of obtaining a visa for Uganda from Belgium is simple and fast. Applying for a traditional visa at the Uganda Embassy in Belgium or submitting an online application through Uganda Immigration Services are the two options available to Belgium citizens seeking a visa to Uganda.

Belgium nationals can apply for a visa to Uganda through an easy and quick online system. In order to facilitate short-term visits, the government of Uganda established an online ETA application system in 2016. This ETA is broken down into two main categories for tourism and transit.

First of all, Belgium passport holders must complete a brief online form with some basic information, including their full name, gender, date of birth, nationalities and passport number in order to obtain an Uganda electronic travel authorization (ETA). Furthermore, they must have a passport that will still be valid after six months from the date of their arrival in Uganda.

Belgium travelers can save a ton of time and money by applying for an Uganda e-visa completely online. They have 2 options for paying the cost for e-visa electronically. The first option is using electronic payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal. The second option is wire transfer through the Bank of Cyprus.
