How do I pay for my visa?
Travelers from Belgium must pay the Uganda government fee and the Services fee. Belgium citizens can select between electronic payment (Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Paypal) or wire transfer (Bank of Cyprus only) as their payment options.
The Government Fee is a requirement for the Uganda Immigration Department to process an application from a Belgium applicant. The Visa Service Fee depends on which visa service you choose.
If an applicant wants a refund, all refund requests must be submitted to us within 4 hours of the moment your order is successful. Your order for visa service will no longer be refundable after that point. Within 03 working days, you must send us all of the necessary information. If not, the refund requests will be rejected. Due to banking requirements, the reimbursement process may take between two and four weeks.
