What do I need to apply for the Uganda e-visa?
Before traveling to Uganda, Aland visitors must apply for an online visa. Check if you are eligible for Uganda e-visa requirements to ensure a smooth process.
Compared to a traditional system, the Uganda e-visa is a more convenient and cost-effective alternative, with little paperwork involved. In this section, we will provide you with some of the basic requirements for Uganda tourist e-visa:
- A passport valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into Uganda, with at least 02 blank pages for visa stamping.
- A copy of the passport's biographic information.
- A digital photograph of the applicant.
- Proof of yellow fever vaccination is REQUIRED to enter the country, also known as the Yellow Card.
- A credit or debit card for the e-visa payment. For more details, see the Uganda e-visa fees section.
- Additionally, visitors may need to verify their travel plans, and date of arrival & departure.
Once submitted, Aland citizens will receive the Uganda e-visa via email within three business days.
