How long is a Uganda e-visa valid for Aruban visitors?
The validity of a Uganda e-visa depends on your travel purpose and the specific type of visa you're applying for. However, please note that the Uganda government currently issues e-visas for tourism purposes. Here are the types of Uganda e-visa available to Aruban citizens:
- Tourist e-visa: Typically, this visa is valid for up to 3 months (90 days) from the issued date. Holders of this visa are allowed to remain in the country for 90 days from the arrival date. If you want to extend your stay, you'll need to exit the country and reapply.
- Transit e visa: This visa is valid for 03 months, allowing you to transit through Uganda and have a short stay there for 07 days.
- East Africa e visa: Those who wish to visit Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda simultaneously can take advantage of this visa. It has a validity of up to 90 days for multiple entries among these three countries.
Remember, you can't extend the duration of your Uganda e-visa beyond its original validity. If you plan on staying in Uganda for a longer period, you'll have to apply for a new e-visa. It's a good idea to check the Uganda e-visa requirements beforehand so you're fully prepared for your application.
